The Federal Defender Program, Inc. is located on the 17th floor of the Equitable Building in downtown Atlanta. The Equitable Building is at the corner of Peachtree and Luckie Streets. Also, we are only two blocks from the south end of the Peachtree Center MARTA Station. If you are driving, there is a parking lot across the street from the office which charges by the hour. Driving Directions to the Federal Defender Program From South of Atlanta: Travel north on Interstate 75/85 and exit at 248C for Andrew Young International Boulevard. Turn left onto Peachtree Street and then right onto Luckie Street and look for parking. From North of Atlanta: Travel south on Interstate 75/85 and exit at 249A for Courtland Street. Merge onto Courtland Street. Turn right at Andrew Young International Boulevard. Turn left at the second cross street onto Peachtree Street. Turn right onto Luckie Street and look for parking. Our office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mondays through Thursdays) and 8:30am to 5:00pm (Fridays). We do accept collect calls from all detention centers for clients who are detained.
